Located on the fringe of the Meyersdal Eco Estate, this North-oriented site opened up to the west onto the open grasslands and wildlife waterhole of the Estate.
The 384m2 home was designed as two wings: the bedroom and living wings with a slender courtyard in the middle, accessed by both wings. On axis with the swimming pool in the courtyard is the entrance hall and slender entrance courtyard between the two double garages. The tight entrance procession opens up once inside the home due to the slanted northern bedroom wing, exposing the inner courtyard and high elders view beyond.
The living room terminates the open plan living space wing while the main bedroom ends off the bedroom wing, both overlooking the majestic open grasslands and wildlife that also make their home in the estate.
