Design project undertaken for Seven Stars Developments who also constructed the home. New double storey residence in The Eye of Africa Golf Estate. The site had certain constraints which provided interesting challenges & parameters to design within. To the north & south were towering double storey neighbours, so a northern and southern wing was utilised to create a sense of private space on the property. The Entrance hall which separated the wings could be completely opened allowing uninterrupted east west ventilation and use of the space if a bigger family gather was to be hosted at the home.
